The District Level Deliberations (DLDs) in Meerut bring together educators, administrators, and subject experts to shape how Computational Thinking and Artificial Intelligence (CT & AI) are introduced and strengthened in classrooms across the district. These workshops serve as a structured platform for dialogue, capacity building, and the exchange of ideas that directly shape teaching practice at the ground level under COE Noida.
Inspired by the vision of Mr. Manoj Srivastava, Director (Training) COE Noida, this platform documents the workshops held through the year — the discussions, resources, and outcomes generated — as a living record of Meerut's contribution to advancing CT and AI education, and as a reference point for other districts undertaking similar work.

The Core Team
The District Level Deliberations in Meerut are driven by a core team of three, whose collective experience and continued collaboration have shaped the program into what it is today.
Mr. Sudhanshu Shekhar, Mr. Gopal Dixit, and Mr. Naveen Kumar Sharma bring together complementary strengths in planning, facilitation, and subject-matter coordination to lead the district's deliberation efforts. Last year, the team successfully organized the STEM District Level Deliberation in Meerut, bringing together educators and stakeholders to strengthen STEM engagement across the district's classrooms.
Building on that experience, the team now leads this year's deliberations under the theme of Computational Thinking and Artificial Intelligence (CT & AI), continuing their commitment to equipping Meerut's educators with the tools and dialogue needed to prepare students for a rapidly evolving academic and technological landscape
